[Important] Evolution and migration of our Parisian infrastructure to Equinix PA6

#56

Start

01/08/2026, 23:59

Planned end

02/08/2026, 08:00

Hello everyone,

At AdKyNet SAS, we place the stability of our prices and the quality of our infrastructures at the heart of our commitments.

However, we have recently been notified by our current data center of new contractual conditions involving a unilateral and disproportionate price increase of almost 30%. True to our values, we categorically refuse to pass on this significant increase to our customers' services.

To guarantee the sustainability of our offers at the right price, we have taken the time to analyze all the options. We therefore made the strategic decision to proceed with the global migration of our entire network and server infrastructure to the Equinix PA6 datacenter.

Why Equinix PA6?

Price stability: This movement allows us to maintain and secure our current price scales in the long term.

Best-in-class connectivity: PA6 is one of the most interconnected network hubs in Europe, guaranteeing you optimal performance and latencies.

Security & Resilience: State-of-the-art infrastructure meeting the strictest professional requirements.

Data center certifications: This also has the certifications that our current data center (ISO 27001, HDS, etc.)

For our Housing/Sharing customers:

We fully understand the constraints imposed by moving your equipment. To approach this operation with confidence, we have already carried out a rigorous inventory of your specific equipment and cabling within our point of presence. Your servers and network equipment will be transported ultra-securely with the greatest care. All logistics and travel costs are fully covered by us and our service providers. Your configurations and IP blocks will remain unchanged.

This technical migration is planned and supervised according to the following schedule:

Date of operation: During the night of Saturday August 1 to Sunday August 2, 2026

Time slot: From 00:00 to 08:00 (CEST / Paris time)

Anticipated impact: A total service interruption of approximately 4 hours is expected during this window to allow for the physical movement and switchover of our infrastructure.

Commercial gesture:

We are fully aware of the impact of this operation on your activity, although it is essential to lock in our prices for the months to come. To compensate for the inconvenience caused, a credit equivalent to 2 days of service will be applied to your current subscription.

Our teams will be on deck all night to ensure a return to normal as quickly as possible. You will be able to follow the progress of operations in real time on our status page.

We thank you for your trust and loyalty.

Sincerely,

The whole AdKyNet SAS team

Significantly degraded performance on our Plesk server (web offers & web resellers)

#59

Hello,

We are currently seeing abnormal RAM consumption on our Plesk hosting server since last night. This occasional overload can cause slow access or temporary unavailability on your websites and associated services.

Our technical teams are fully mobilized and are currently carrying out in-depth investigations to identify the origin of this overconsumption and restore complete stability of the server as soon as possible.

We will speak again as soon as the situation evolves or we have new information to communicate to you.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

IPv6 addressing change for our Plesk 1 server

#52

Hello,

As part of an upcoming major maintenance of our network infrastructure, we are carrying out today an early update of the IPv6 addressing of our Plesk server.

The objective: Make this transition now to guarantee the continuity of your services and avoid any unavailability during our future technical operations.

IPv6 change:

Old: 2a10:4646:140:21::

News: 2a10:4646:140:121::

Action required:

If you manage your own DNS records, we recommend making this change as soon as possible. For domains whose hosting points directly to our Plesk server, we take care of everything (automatic update on the Registrar and Plesk side).

We are aware of the inconvenience that this modification may cause and thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the stability of your network.
